All Roads Lead to Marceline

Sometimes the best stories come from the places we call home.

All Roads Lead to Marceline was inspired by the adventures my children and I share throughout Marceline. As we explored our community together, I realized how fortunate we are to have so many wonderful places, local businesses, and caring people who make this town such a special place to live and grow. I wanted to create a story that would capture those experiences and help children see Marceline through the eyes of curiosity, adventure, and community pride.

Through Andrew’s journey, readers are introduced to some of the places that make Marceline unique while celebrating the people who help make our town feel like home. My hope is that children will recognize familiar faces and places, and that families will be inspired to create their own Marceline adventures.

This project is especially meaningful because the book was published right here in Marceline by Walsworth Publishing. Supporting a locally produced book about our community made the project feel truly full circle.

We are also incredibly grateful for Walsworth’s generous donation, which allowed us to provide a copy of All Roads Lead to Marceline to every second-grade student in Marceline. Seeing local children receive a book that celebrates their hometown is exactly what this project was created to accomplish.

Marceline has given my family countless memories, friendships, and experiences. This book is my way of sharing those moments and celebrating the community that means so much to us. Because sometimes, no matter where life takes us, all roads really do lead to Marceline. ❤️
